At Streaky Bay Yoga, our classes are designed to bring you out of your mind and into your body, grounding you in the present moment. Our sessions are accessible for all levels of experience, from beginners to intermediate yogis. Join us to move your body, breathe, connect and nourish yourself. You will leave our classes feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and restored.
Our classes are held in the beautiful, contemporary, local studio, Move Physio & Pilates, 14 Bay Road. In the summer months, our Sunday morning Mellow Flow sessions take place on the Jetty Platform, allowing you to move and breathe with the rhythm of the ocean in the fresh sea air.
Meet Your Instructor
Our classes are led by Eliza Joske, a local yoga instructor with over twelve years of teaching experience. Eliza is a mumma, beach lover, and essential oil enthusiast who’s passionate about helping others slow down, tune in and take care of themselves. Her warm and gentle approach creates a supportive space where you can release stress and create moments of calm. Mellow Yoga Flow
This gentle yet strengthening class combines mindful movement with deep breathing to enhance flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Expect creative, flowing sequences that move energy (prana) through the body, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised. With a soft and supportive energy, this class incorporates some strength work before finishing with a soothing savasana to restore and relax.

Yin Yoga
A deeply calming and restorative practice, Yin Yoga focuses on long-held, floor-based postures to gently release tension and promote stillness. This class is designed to nourish the nervous system, encouraging deep relaxation. Each session concludes with a blissful Yoga Nidra, guiding you into a full-body state of rest. Perfect for anyone seeking relaxation, restoration and a moment of quiet amidst the busyness of life.
