A deeply restorative and nourishing practice designed to invite stillness and release. Through longer-held postures and mindful breathing, you’ll gently open the body and calm the nervous system. Each class concludes with a guided relaxation or yoga nidra to leave you feeling rested, balanced and deeply renewed.
