What is the Emotion Code?

Have you ever felt a wave of emotion that didn’t quite make sense… or noticed the same feeling showing up again and again, no matter how much you try to move forward? Sometimes, the emotions we experience don’t fully process in the moment. Instead, they can become stored in the body ~ quietly influencing how we feel, react and move through life.
This is where the Emotion Code comes in.

🌿 A gentle explanation
The Emotion Code is a holistic healing approach that works with the idea that unprocessed emotions can become “trapped” in the body.
These trapped emotions may come from:
past experiences
stress or overwhelm
relationships
or even inherited emotional patterns
Over time, they can contribute to:
feeling stuck or triggered
emotional heaviness
limiting beliefs
or even physical discomfort
The Emotion Code offers a simple and gentle way to identify and release these emotions, helping the body return to a more balanced state.
✨ How does it work?
During a session, we work together to uncover what your body is ready to release.
Using a form of muscle testing (or intuitive guidance), we:
Identify a trapped emotion
Acknowledge it
Gently release it
There’s no need to relive past experiences or go into detail ~ your body already holds the information, and we simply support it in letting go.
Many people describe the process as:
calming
validating
and surprisingly gentle
💛 What can it help with?
Everyone’s experience is different, but the Emotion Code may support:
Anxiety or overwhelm
Emotional triggers or patterns
Feelings of heaviness or “stuckness”
Low self-worth or confidence
Relationship patterns
Grief or unresolved emotions
It’s not about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. It’s about creating space for more ease, clarity and emotional freedom.

Emotion Code sessions are deeply relaxing.
You might feel:
lighter
calmer
more at ease
or simply “different” in a way that’s hard to explain

Sometimes the shifts are subtle… and sometimes they’re more noticeable over the following days. Every experience is valid.

Your body is incredibly wise.
It knows what it’s ready to release ~ and when.
The Emotion Code simply offers a safe, supportive space to listen, release and begin to gently refill with more of what you truly need: peace, connection, confidence, and calm.
